Shipping Policy
Digital Products
Digital downloads are delivered instantly via email after purchase — no shipping required. You'll receive a link to access your files within minutes of completing your order. If you don't see the email, please check your spam folder or contact us at faithfulpawscity@yahoo.com.
Print-on-Demand Physical Products
Our physical products are made to order and fulfilled by Printify. Please allow the following timeframes:
- Production time: 3–7 business days
- Standard shipping (US): 5–10 business days after production
- Expedited shipping: Available at checkout where offered
Total delivery time is typically 8–17 business days from the date of purchase.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Faithful Paws City is not responsible for delays caused by carriers once the order has left the production facility.
Lost or Delayed Orders
